We struggled with this problem often trying to figure out the problem through hard work but invariably our well-intentioned ideas of meal prepping lasted 2 - 3 weeks at the best of times.
Following the yoyo effect of falling off & summoning up the willpower for another go at it we figure that there are other people out there who are struggling with the same thing.
